The promotions reflect the rising profile of the firm´s real estate, corporate, M&A and litigation practices. The firm confirms its strengthening of the position in the legal market in Czech Republic.

The managing partners of the Wolf Theiss Prague office, Tomáš Rychlý and Jan Myška, commented: "The firm´s decision to promote the colleagues reflects their contribution to the development of our practice. Libor Prokeš and Petr Syrovátko are both very experienced lawyers with extensive client contacts and undisputable expertise in the real estate practice in the case of Libor and litigation in the case Petr. Besides the recent promotion of Jan Kotous (appointed as counsel), this is another important and certainly not the last step in order to become the domestic market leading international firm, particularly in the transaction advisory services, projects and in area of major litigations. We believe that this trend will continue."
