Jakub Mikulášek has been working for HOCHTIEF Development Czech Republic since 2007. As project manager, he was involved in the project development and realization of the Trianon office building. He is currently in charge of the residential Park Kavčí Hory in Prague 4. His new assignment will also make him responsible for the Office Islands project.
Jakub Mikulášek graduated from the University of Economics in Prague and obtained a CEMS Master degree in International Management. Before joining HOCHTIEF Development, he was the COO of CzechInvest, the Czech national investment promotion agency. He headed CzechInvest's French operations in Paris between 2004 and 2006.

Current project developments
Office Islands is an ambitious six-building complex located in the vicinity of Prague Letňany metro station, totalling 70,000 square meters of office space. Office Islands' overall concept places a particular focus on low energy consumption and has already obtained LEED Silver precertification.
Park Kavčí Hory will comprise four residential buildings with 334 flats and four non-residential units. The ecological aspect will be reflected in various ways, including green and car-free areas, for example.
