HOCHTIEF Development participate as the co-exhibitor of the Capital City of Prague in the international Expo Real trade fair of commercial real estate, the 15th year of which is held in Munich on 8th to 10th October 2012. The developer presents the first interested parties in retail units in the Office Islands project, which are the catering company and operator of the restaurant chain KOLKOVNA RESTAURANTS, the Mangaloo fresh bar offering fresh fruit and vegetable juices and cocktails, and the operator of the Don Pealo newspaper, magazine, tobacco and wine shops.
Visitors to the stand may experience a new marketing tool - a virtual model of the Office Islands office park in so-called "augmented reality". The 3D model of the project can be viewed using a tablet or smartphone and specially developed graphic character. "Thanks to augmented reality, future project leaseholders are now able to see how it will look when construction is finished, including the layout of individual office buildings, retail units and outdoor relaxation areas and sports facilities," says Petr Beneš, Executive Director of HOCHTIEF Development Czech Republic.
