The residential project is located in Budapest downtown.

The property is located on Groß-Berliner Damm Street in the southeast part of Berlin.

Zeitgeist Asset Management, a company specializing in property development and asset management services for private and institutional investors, has completed another acquisition of an apartment building in Prague, this time in Máchova Street, the district of Vinohrady. The company is currently planning to reconstruct all rented apartment properties that are in its portfolio in Prague in the period of the next two years. More than 150 of them are scheduled to be gradually reconstructed at a total cost of more than CZK 250 million.
