Aupark is already 80 percent leased, with committed tenants from respected international brands, some opening in the city for the first time. Occupiers will include ECCO, Marc O´Polo, Le Premier, Muziker, Costa Coffee, Vegg GO.

Mezinárodní developerská skupina HB Reavis koupila od Aberdeen Asset Management projekt na londýnské adrese Southwark Street č. 61 za 44 milionů liber.

International real estate developer HB Reavis bought from Aberdeen Asset Management the freehold interest in 61 Southwark Street for £44 million.
