One Wednesday morning in May, PASSERINVEST GROUP pleasantly surprised the tenants and employees of the Nová Karolina Park building, its office project in the centre of Ostrava. At the receptions of both parts of the building breakfast awaited them in the form of homemade Moravian tarts and stuffed croissants, coffee, tea and a surprise, specifically football legends Antonín Panenka and Karol Dobiaš, who handed out autographs on signature cards, jerseys and posters, and took photos and held lively conversations with those who came.

Společnost PASSERINVEST GROUP jedno květnové středeční ráno příjemně překvapila nájemce a zaměstnance budovy Nová Karolina Park, svého administrativního projektu v centru Ostravy. Na recepcích obou částí budovy pro ně byla připravena snídaně v podobě domácích moravských koláčků a obložených croissantů, káva i čaj a malé překvapení. Tím byly fotbalové legendy Antonín Panenka a Karol Dobiaš, kteří rozdávali autogramy nejen na podpisové kartičky, ale i dresy nebo plakáty, fotili se se zájemci a živě diskutovali s přicházejícími.

The Nová Karolina Park office project in Ostrava has expanded its portfolio of tenants to include The IT centres Stora Enso - SDCC Ostrava (Software Development Competence Center) and Y Soft Corporation, a.s., which provides solutions for the management of printing and digitalisation. Stora Enso placed its service centre for the development and maintenance of IT systems for all of its company’s branches worldwide in more than 2500 m2 on the entire fifth storey of the southern part of the building. Y Soft Corporation occupied 690 m2 of office space, where it set up its development centre and customer support centre. Moreover, UniCredit Bank and ABB both expanded their offices here this year.

Administrativní projekt Nová Karolina Park v Ostravě rozšířil své portfolio nájemců o IT centrum Stora Enso - SDCC Ostrava (Software Development Competence Center), Y Soft Corporation, a.s., která poskytuje řešení pro správu tisku a digitalizaci. Stora Enso umístila do celého pátého nadzemního podlaží jižní části budovy, na více než 2 500 m2, své strategické centrum služeb pro vývoj a údržbu IT systémů pro všechny světové pobočky své společnosti. Y Soft Corporation obsadila 690 m2 administrativních ploch, kde zřídila své vývojové centrum a centrum zákaznické podpory. V letošním roce zde navíc expandovala UniCredit Bank a společnost ABB.
