The tenant roster at Karlín’s River Garden II/III office complex has grown with the addition of STRV, a leading technology company and developer of mobile and web applications. The Czech company with a focus on the American market delivers software solutions to the world’s fastest growing start-ups, which are dreamt up in Silicon Valley. STRV has agreed to lease more than 5500 m2 of office space in River Garden II/III, which it intends to fit out in a manner which inspires its highly creative team, as they aspire to cement themselves as the most innovative technology business in Prague.

Řady nájemců v karlínském administrativním komplexu River Garden II/III se rozrůstají o přední technologickou společnost STRV, působící v oblasti vývoje mobilních a webových aplikací. Česká společnost se zaměřením na americký trh dodává softwarová řešení nejperspektivnějším startupům světa, které se rodí v Silicon Valley. V River Garden II/III si pronajme více než 5500 metrů čtvereční kancelářských ploch, které plánuje využít pro vysoce kreativní koncept kanceláří, aspirující na nejinovativnější v Praze.

Skupina HB Reavis jmenovala do funkce ředitele pro Českou republiku Petra Hermana. Pan Herman dosud ve společnosti působil na pozici Business Development Director, v posledních šesti měsících byl pak pověřen řízením celé české pobočky. Zkušenosti na vysokých manažerských pozicích získal již dříve ve společnostech Stival Holding, Passerinvest Group a K.P.A.R. consulting.

The HB Reavis group named Petr Herman to the function of Director for the Czech Republic. Until now Mr Herman worked in the position of Business Development Director, and in the last six months he was entrusted with the management of the entire Czech branch. He formerly received experience in upper management positions in Stival Holding, Passerinvest Group and K.P.A.R. consulting.

Skupina HB Reavis prodala administrativní budovu Forum Business Center I (Forum BC I), která je v současnosti sídlem společnosti Slovak Telekom, ČS nemovitostnímu fondu za 46,2 milionů EUR (zhruba 1,25 mld. Kč). Jedná se o jednu z nejvýznamnějších transakcí na českém a slovenském realitním trhu v tomto roce.
