Alexander Rafajlovič (39) joined CA Immo as Head of Market Research & Data Analytics on January 1, 2021. Based in Prague, Mr. Rafajlovič and his team will be responsible for coordinating, structuring, and analyzing all macro and market related data across the region, as well as tracking, analyzing and interpreting trends affecting CA Immo’s business, both for future investment and development opportunities, as well as the existing portfolio. Mr. Rafajlovič and his team have a leading role in providing a perspective on economics, capital market, and real estate market analysis to support strategic decision making, and research into forward looking underwriting. The team will also lead the expansion and enhancement of CA Immo’s analytical tools and dashboards.

Alexander Rafajlovič (39) nastoupil do CA Immo jako vedoucí oddělení průzkumu trhu a analýzy dat (Head of Market Research & Data Analytics) k 1. lednu 2021. Společně se svým pražským týmem bude zodpovědný za koordinaci, členění a analýzu všech makroekonomických dat a údajů o trhu. Bude se zabývat také sledováním, analýzou a interpretací trendů ovlivňujících podnikání CA Immo – jak s ohledem na budoucí investiční příležitosti a rozvoj společnosti, tak i na stávající portfolio. Alexander Rafajlovič a jeho tým poskytnou klíčový vhled do ekonomiky a situace na kapitálových trzích, stejně jako analýzu trhu nemovitostí, čímž podpoří strategické rozhodování a průzkum před akvizicí nových projektů. Tým pod jeho vedením bude mít zároveň hlavní roli při rozšiřování a zdokonalování analytických nástrojů a platforem pro sdílení uvnitř CA Immo.

CA Immo has signed a lease with the international consulting company ADASTRA for 7,000 sqm of the Mississippi House office building, which is currently under construction. With this first pre-lease signed, around half of the Mississippi House total office space has been pre-let more than a year before its planned completion. CA Immo commenced the construction of Mississippi House and Missouri Park, two premium office properties in the River City Prague complex, in September 2019. The office complex will offer a total of 20,750 sqm of leasable space (13,380 sqm in Mississippi House and 7,370 sqm in Missouri Park) in the sought-after Karlín district of Prague. The two buildings are scheduled for completion in the summer of 2021. CA Immo will be investing a total of around €66 m. ADASTRA was represented in this transaction by the real estate consultancy JLL.

Společnost CA Immo podepsala nájemní smlouvu s mezinárodní poradenskou společností ADASTRA na pronájem 7 000 metrů čtverečních kancelářských prostor v budově Mississippi House v Praze 8, která je aktuálně ve výstavbě. Více než rok před svým plánovaným dokončením je Mississippi House pronajata z přibližně 50 %.

The international real estate company CA Immo, which specialises in office properties in Central European cities, has begun the construction of two premium office properties in the River City Prague complex, which is located in the sought-after Karlín district in the area of Rohan Island. Mississippi House and Missouri Park will finally complete the attractive office complex, which will contain a total of five high-quality Class-A-buildings (including the office properties Amazon Court, Nile House and Danube House). Both of the new buildings were designed by Danish architectural studio Schmidt Hammer Lassen and will be equipped with the latest technologies. Mississippi House and Missouri Park will offer a total of 20 750 square metres of leasable space (on Mississippi House 13 380 square metres and Missouri Park 7 370 square metres). The construction has already begun and it is scheduled for completion in the first half of 2021. CA Immo will be investing a total of around € 66 m.
