Michaela Nedorostová earned a Master of Science degree with a focus on environmental management at the Cranfield University of Life Science in Great Britain and she is also a graduate of master's studies in the Faculty of Economics and Management at the Czech University of Life Sciences in Prague. Before coming to CA Immo, she spent almost eight years in CBRE where, as a senior consultant with a focus on project management and the coordination of the building certification process according to the BREEAM standard, she provided consulting services concerning all aspects of the real estate market. In addition, she is a long-standing member of the Board of Directors of the Czech Green Building Council, a non-profit organisation.

Michaela Nedorostová speaks fluent English and German. Her hobbies primarily include sports, travel, music and event management.
